Q.Are you hiring outside of Tokyo?
A.We do not limit the hiring area and can work from any location in the world.
Q.Is the English language important?
A.The English language is a must. Internal meetings are mainly conducted in English. Thus the business level is mandatory.
Q.Are there any restrictions on gender, nationality, age, number of job changes, etc.?
A.None
Q.How long is the selection process?
A.It depends on the position, however, we will contact you regarding the results from 3 weeks to 1 month.
Q.Is there a predetermined/set format?
A.In addition to your resume and curriculum vitae, engineers are required to submit a skills check sheet in advance.

Q.What are the ratios of new graduates, male and female, and overseas employees?
A.Ratio of new graduates: approx. 10%, ratio of men to women: 5:5, ratio of Japanese to all employees: approx. 20%

A.Generally, you can work remotely from anywhere in the world.
Q.What is the employment status?
A.In countries where we have group enterprises, we mainly hire full-time employees, while in other countries we hire on an outsourcing basis.

A.It depends on each position.

About project / work placement

Q.Where will I work after joining the company?
A.Generally, you will work remotely from home. Only new graduates are allowed to work at the Tokyo office for a certain period of time.
Q.How do you decide which project I will be assigned to?
A.Each person will be assigned to a project based on their skill set.
Q.What is the composition of the project team?
A.Each project is made up of members from different countries and with diverse skill sets.
