To properly handle all of the personal information used for our business, we have established this personal information protection policy as a code of conduct that all of our employees should comply with, and we will strive to thoroughly adhere to it.

We comply with laws regarding the handling of personal information, guidelines set by the government, and other regulations. Therefore, we formulate a personal information protection management system that complies with the Japanese Industrial Standards "Personal Information Protection Management System-Requirements" (JIS Q 15001) and operate the system appropriately.
We acquire, use, and provide appropriate personal information in consideration of the content and scale of our business. This includes not handling personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve a specified purpose of use and taking measures for that purpose. When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information, we will supervise a subcontractor about the handling as it is necessary and appropriate so that the personal information which is outsourced can be safely managed.
We do not provide personal information to third parties except with consent from an individual or in accordance with laws and regulations. We take measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
We endeavor to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information. In addition, we accept requests for the Disclosure, etc. of personal information subject to disclosure held by the Company (notification of the purpose of use, a disclosure, a correction, an addition or a deletion of the content, a suspension of use or information sharing). 1. The purposes of using personal information subject to disclosure at our company are as follows.

2. Use of personal information in case we acquire it by all means other than directly in writing and in case we indirectly acquire personal information
The purpose is as follows.
① Personal information entrusted by a consignor in the consignment business
We use it only within the scope of the consignment business we agreed with a consignor (sending e-mail newsletter, customer support).

3. Provision of personal information
The submitted personal information will not be provided to a third party without consent from an individual. However, we may provide it if any of the following applies.

①When necessary information is clearly stated or notified to an individual in advance and consent is obtained.
